Wondering if gluten free bisquick would work.
Anyone tried it yet?

Would be great to have fresh dinner rolls.

What size pan?

Don't waste your Bisquick. The rolls are very crumbly, moreso than even biscuits.

I used rapid rise, but they aren't worth the time. Too crumbly, more like biscuits than bread.

I made 8 rolls and baked them in a 9 inch round cake pan.
